It depends. If they can hold intelligent conversations about different important topics (not just pop BS constantly) and at times get silly (having some ridiculous conversation) and or sexual undertones etc talk.
No matter how hot the chick is if she's a dimwit I get bored easily and either go quiet till I peace out or I start acting like a wise azz. (some of them are surprised if YOU are blowing them off since they are boring you.)
Most chicks if you get them talking it's better to listen with your head and not cloud it with your dik.
You'd really shock the sht out of yourself if you can actually listen and get them to keep talking picking up buzzwords they say to keep asking questions and make up new topics.
If chicks sense you are really taking an interest in them EVEN IF they don't think you are the hottest dude they really start to see you as more interested in THEM and not some numbskull who's only schtick is going after women looking to hit it.
Especially hot ones. They are used to that. You hit them with stuff they aren't used to and show you are well rounded as well as sexual..not by bragging about it or t1t for tat talk but by contributing to what they say when they keep blabbing and asking them more questions.
At times you can toss in sexual innuendo, back off wait a while, do it again and judge their reactions. Just don't overdo it. Even IF she goes for it. Show them interest in asking different questions aboout sht and it turns them on even more that you see them as more "important" than other chicks.

Once you've got them seriously interested in conversation etc. then take it to something else like meeting up, hanging out.

Meaning:
If she doesn't talk a lot - does she at least seem interested in my talking? Yes, then I don't mind so much if she's quiet. Hell, a lot of quiet girls have a lot of supressed sexual energy, and become very wild in bed. That's their one place to let go...
If she does like to talk - is she interesting? I go on a lot of dates, and unfortunately - a lot of women (men too) just aren't interesting. I was on a date last night with this girl and she told me a story, and by the end of it - the only thing I knew was that she didn't know how to tell a story. It had a prostitute, an angry girlfriend throwing flour on her boyfriends car, and a gun accidently going off in it. Doesn't that sound like it should be an interesting story? It wasn't.... And very little of what she said the whole night was... Yet, I've meant some women who can make peeling a carrot sound interesting....
So some form of balance of all this that I've discussed here.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I like it more a talkactive one, if its interesting what she says its cool but even if its not its ok since I simply stop paying attention only to nod once in a while or reply according to her voice tone.
Especially when you need time to think about other stuff which you could not do properly if you have a silent girl.
Also most of the time the conversation with girls is not a problem solving communication so it doesnt really need for you to pay attention or think about it, just avoid sh1t tests or ignore them and you'll be fine.
Also in many cases they just need someone to vent or share emotions not a feedback on how to behave and so on.
I also find satisfactory to simply not reply to their questions or openly change topic and smile to piss them off.

i like talkative girls. they are more fun. i had one once, who would just be quiet all the time. after the chase and the boning she was no more fun than a rubber doll. i left her ass.
on the other hand, i had one (and still have) who talks all the time (while being intelligent). she has a sweet voice, it's like birds singing to my ears. ofc she is a little slvt, but she is fun as hell so i keep her as FWB.
in my experience shy girls are more attracted to the dominance/proactive approach, the talkative ones like you to be fun and more laid back.

Recently I've noticed I talk a lot, doesn't matter how talkative the other person is. I prefer talkative women, just because even though I like talking, I don't like being the one saying everything and carrying the conversation.
It probably works out better for me anyway when I'm with a talkative women, if she's quiet I'm more likely to start blabbing about myself, which kills the mystery. However saying that I've never been called boring/uninteresting and I can tell a good story, so maybe talking a lot is a strong point haha

All kidding aside, it's just easier.
No, I'm not suggesting a dominant woman who leads. Plenty of women are still submissive and want to be led, but they also love to talk. It's not mutually exclusive.

If a woman is an extrovert and has been validated socially her whole life, she will probably:
1) Gossip a lot. The women I see in the lunch room who have the most friends are always gossiping about others, and also talking about people who are "wronging" them in some way. As if they are the center of the universe. I take the same treatment from people and have never complained once.
2) Try to boss over you. She will try to get you to "change" yourself, because she knows she can next you for another guy if you don't comply.
3) Make everything about herself. I've never met an extroverted woman who volunteered at a homeless shelter. Never.

I'm not claiming to have met every woman in the world who volunteers at a homeless shelter. I'm just claiming that the gossipy women at the office don't do these kinds of things because everything is about them. This is not an opinion it's a fact.
