“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I get home from work and I feel like relaxing. I feel like laying on the couch all night and I feel too drained to do much else. Is this normal for a working man in his 40s?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Like what? Becoming an actor or movie director?
How should I ever possibly be able that answer that question?

It is an unfair question because 1.) I don't know him and 2.) Every indivudual has their own personal preferences for happiness and as such I can never answer that question.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Get blood work done and make sure your hormones and other counts check out. If they do... then no,.. I am going on 41... and some days wake up at 330 am to lift... do cardio... then go to work.... then either go to my adult baseball game/practice,.. or play golf ....then eat... read some and pass out around 930-10pm. I give myself 1 full day of doing nothing all week. How many hours a day are you working and how long is your commute ? If it’s something insane like 14 plus hours then I wouldn’t be able to do much... but I definitely could get a quick workout in.

Yes. My job entails a pretty painful commute where they often close the motorways so I have to
leave twice as long as it takes to get there just to make time for potential delays. Yesterday was one
of those days, the traffic was hellish and I just got in on time. Once there I spend my shift walking
around a huge refrigerated warehouse pulling a motorised pallet cart along behind me to the tune of
approximately 9 miles per shift. This is punctuated with picking large crates of vegetables and placing
them into cages. Some are pretty heavy especially when stacking them above shoulder height.
Our performance and pick rate is constantly monitored in the form of a percentage score via a wrist
worn terminal and scanner plus a tracker system built into the pallet carts and we are expected to
maintain a 90% rate. I have only managed 70% so far but I am new and they expect your speed to
increase as the job becomes more familiar.

I get 30 minute break only which I take 5 hours into my shift so there's just over a couple of hours
to do after my break. Then the same potentially painful commute home again which involves using 3
motorways. When I get home I am shagged out and all I have the energy to do is sit in my chair and
watch TV. I'm 48 years old. That said when I'm working my late shifts 3pm-11pm I still rise at 06.00
so on those days have a few hours to get stuff done before work, I've just moved into one of my old
rental properties and there's plenty to be getting on with making the place homely. When on an early
shift 7am-3pm I get up at 04.00 to allow time to shower, eat, take a dump and commute in. On those
days I tend to visit my friends bar after work and do some domestic stuff to keep my house clean but
for the most part I don't have the energy for gym as much as I'd like to start going again now I'm settled
in my "new" house after a 20 month period of living in someone's spare room. I just had my first paycheck
and it's not enough and will have to consider working some overtime as I still have a lot of furniture to buy.

I had a job for a couple of years once. That was awful. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Working ages you. So do children. Avoid those two things and you will age much more slowly, probably because of all the sleep you get to enjoy without kids or a job.

Yes, 100% normal.

Until you start co-habitation with a woman. The b!tch won't let you have your rest. She'd call you lazy just because you want to take a nap or sth.

Yes, chicks are totally anti-nap for some weird reason. Even if you got up at 4:30 am. and worked 12+ hours, they demand that you stay awake continuously until bedtime.

Haha my Asian gf always wants me to have a nap and says you work so hard you need it. Although at 5.5 years moved in I guess it's a ' I can't believe it's not a wife'.

It seems like I live in a parallel universe compared to you USA guys. Not sure it will last forever but I'm sure as heck going to enjoy it while it does.

On a more serious note if that's how you feel after work you need a reset. ID suggest some hard physical exercise HIT followed by 10 minutes meditation. Then little bit of work on your purpose whatever it is. The key thing is to start if you want to read a book say I'm going to read a page and pick the book up. If you manage to read a page every night soon you will want to do more.

Another good option is they have these book summary audiobooks now take one of those for a half hour walk. And for the guy who has the long comusion that's exactly what you should be doing listening to audiobooks or podcasts in the car. A couple of hours guaranteed self-improvement today you'll be a genius in a year. Another option is phone into talkback radio on topics like stock investing or whatever you're into while you're in the car requires being a bit more organised but.

I'm sort of lucky that I work in tech so I always have to learn new stuff for my job. It's terrible but well paid so I can't complain. The only downside is it doesn't leave much time over for a side Hustle or whatever

No longer feel drained after training since I have a new trainer. Just had a bad trainer before that made me feel drained. Like I said, the old trainer was so bad, I bought an Occulus Quest 2 on an impulse purchase because he was too stressful to deal with.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

My vote goes for "none of the above."

Feeling too tired after work can occasionally occur, but I'm betting that the overall reason is something not yet discussed.

The main answer is Porn and Social Media (and yep, that includes this forum as well) .

If we get our social fix over the internet and/or spank it to porn, the immediate drive to interact is no longer as dominant.

Think about it. If we were unable to wack it, then eventually the crack of dawn wouldn't be safe outside our house. The same theory applies to being able to communicate with varied people without ever leaving the house. The internet has made us lazy.

feeling drained after work will depend on, how healthy are you, how motivated you can get after work, how well you are sleeping, the type of work, comute, and anything who can kill you will

it all about you and what you want, I normally go to the gym after work, take a hour or so then I go, but I normally sleep 5 hours a day so

Hmm be careful of that sleep less live more idea. Plenty of research showing it's a leading course of early death. Also research showing you can counteract by sleeping in on weekends
