"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Challenging the idea that women's sexual motivations are tied exclusively to romantic emotions or reproduction, a new study by psychologists at The University of Texas at Austin found women's sexual decisions are motivated by a shocking array of reasons that range from the mundane ("I was bored") to a sense of adventure ("I wanted to know what it was like before getting married"), and from the altruistic ("I felt sorry for him") to the borderline evil ("I wanted to give him a sexually transmitted disease").

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Have girls laid guys because they felt sorry for the guy, for whatever reason?

Absolutely.

Should it be part of your "game" to appear in need of sympathy lay?

Probably not.

(but just in case, loveshack is over here --------->)

As for the article, psychologists will do anything and everything to get published, just so they can keep riding the government funding gravy train.

I'm sure if they wanted, they could do a study that "showed statistical evidence" that women laid guys because they thought they were reptilian invaders from planet Jackoff.

The thing about statistics is that you can take a huge population of hundreds of millions of people, and show pretty much anything you want.

But it's all just noise. Treat it as such.

Sure. People even marry, enter into relationships, etc... because they could feel an empathetic connection with someone. It is all about a connection and how you express yourself. The reason why it doesn't work is the woman doesn't feel that connection and may think they are being scammed and they are just another number in that "game".

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I'm sure they do because of a calculation of getting a benefit from him. They really don't want to. If this were true in every sense of the word, well read what (.)(.) wrote.

Dear MDJ,
"Do women really have sex with a man because they feel sorry for him? "It certainly does appear that way from time to time.....My belief is that it is a sublimation of the nurturing instinct, which gave survival value to the tribe..Do not however be foolish enough to think this quality, taken to its extreme,is found in other than the odd few Women.....In fact I would suggest that in most,Pity is dangerously close to contempt!

Women feel sorry for men? I've never heard of that.

There might be some obligatory "maintenance sex" or "He just remodeled the kitchen sex" lol or "He bought me a necklace sex" in a marriage or LTR, but that is about it. It's more obligation that pity.

I don't believe in pity sex. I'm speaking as a guy that was a virgin for a VERY long time. I can assure you I got no pity or offers to "break me in" from females.

To the extent pity does exist, Scaramouche is spot on about it bordering on contempt.

Yeah, can't see a woman having sex with a man simply because she felt sorry for him. It's just an excuse she tells herself and her girlfriends to make herself sound like less of a slvt, it also makes it sound like she was doing it for a good cause.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Or, more likely the woman herself has issues and is hiding something and connects with a nice cute guy who won't judge her in that arrangement. For kicks, it would be an experiment if someone started crying virgin on an AshleyMadison site to get pity sex from a married woman. Most pity-sex ideas are with woman who have serious issues, have bfs or who are married. They are hurting another party behind their back by their "pity" to you, so what would the quality of that "pity" be? So as you guessed it, there is always something underlining in the psyche that would undermine the notion of pure altrusim.

Well jeez isn't this a case of believing what a woman says, which we know is totally unreliable? What is a female going to say? "I had sex with a guy because I thought he was attractive enough, I'm horny and like to have sex?" No, she's going to rationalize other reasons for why she did it that are minor and extraneous to the real reason at best.

I don't think women do much of anything because they have pity for males. And I don't think women actually have sex for logical reasons or thinking. That's just their rationalizations which aren't the real reason for doing something of course.

Only if they find him attractive. Used to get a lot of sympathy and save-a-bro (?) attempts, in addition to the standard flirting and etc. But ONLY from girls who were interested. So basically, no. Just them finding you attractive means they'll feel sorry for you, and whatever obstacle or "challenge" stands in their way.

But nothing they do is for anyone other than themselves. They want something out of it - like your interest, reciprocation, or sex. And to feel special and heroic. The same reason guys will find you weak and annoying for whining all the time - they aren't attracted to you. Just like how tgirls WON'T sympathize, try to fix / change, or give a half-assed damn about any random shmoe. If he's hot in their eyes - yes. If not, most couldn't care less... just like how they treat anyone they're not attracted to (or lose interest in): like ****.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Dear MDJ,
Some years ago I worked with a cripped Guy,being bound to a Wheelchair certainly didn't inhibit him,he was a real Tiger,he bonded with my Steno Secretary of all people....She gained Kudos all round by being tender and loving around him...Used to take him "Dancing"in his Wheelchair, where she basked in Public Approval....Sadly poor old Peter liked little Boys too,and was one of Australias first AIDS victims, she followed not long after,a true Martyrs Death!
