Trying to compare workout regimens to see what others are doing out there for soccer training.
I'm currently in indoor season so training accordingly. Sprint / jog, alternating in paces of about 50 yards. Some light weights, then ankle stability exercises, then a bit of ball work. I'm working on improving my shot right now (speed and accuracy) and have seen drastic improvement in the span of about 3 weeks doing so.
