i just want you guys to tell me if with chin advancement and maxilla + double jaw surgery if i stand a chance with a girl. what am i? a 2? a 3 in a good day? i dont even know what to change. i noticed today that i have ptosis in one eye (pics came from the orthodontist) and the strabismus still exists, not always, but when i'm tired or nervous it shows (it was way worse). please help guys, i really am tired of all this **** and without hope.

i know now some of you will probably change your minds, when you said it was all in my head. i just wanted to be normal, respected, instead of ridiculed. did all these surgeries for what? i got 0 results, im still ****ed.

Oh right... Looking normal won't get you anywhere but if you hit the gym and get cut, make sure your posture is good, get a new haircut to take advantage of your balding, make sure you don't have a pissy vibe about you and that you don't look as downtrodden as you do on the photos - then sure. And keep up the surgeries.

I have a friend that is worse looking than you and he gets better looking women than I do and more of them, and I am a pretty good looking dude. Dude you look fine. You honestly could've pulled before surgery. Looks dont matter much. As long as you're at least an averagely attractive guy and you're not overweight. More important is your attitude, grooming/style, body language, etc. just get out there and keep going.
