“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I *think* I may have done a number on my lower back, from doing deadlifts (too much weight, poor form). At the moment I just feel short bursts of mild, intermittent pain. However, I have full mobility; the pain isn't restricting any activities and/or movements in any way. Any ideas what this could be? This pain doesn't correlate with textbook lower-back injuries...

Probably tweaked or strained something. Take off from squatting and deadlifting and anything else that causes it pain. Do 2 sets of 50 on pullthroughs with very light weight to rehab it 3 days a week. You can see a sports med doc, they'll most likely give you some stretches, some anti inflams+muscle relaxers, and tell you to stay off it.

Dude please please listen to me on this. One of my old lighting buddies cracked a vertebrae and didn't know for awhile. He thought it started off as nothing much just a small pain in his lower back. He kept lifting,he was one of those guys who'd think it was cool to sets of 200+ rowing and 300+ deadlifts for lower reps, like 6 or so. His form wasn't perfect, but it wasn't horrible. He just liked the feeling of it. During the time the pain wasn't too bad so he just kept at it. Then the pain just started getting out of control. the part that cracked off punctured a nerve and he now lost 20% of the feeling in his foot. He also needed extensive surgery that required 4 months of lying on his back. He's back in the gym now and looks good but he now admits lifting heavy was stupid and now lifts for reps of 8+ with pure form.

Go have it checked out.
