Got hold of a gym membership, gonna post here my results.

Schedule:


Monday - Chest/Triceps
Chest Press (Gym Machine) 3 x 8
Triceps Extensions 3 x 8
Pec Fly/Incline DB Bench 3 x 8
Pull ups/Chin Ups (Alternating) - Until failure


Wednesday - Legs/Back
Leg Press 3 x 8
Deadlifts 3 x 8
Dumbbell rows 3 x 8
Leg Lifts (?) 3 x 8


Friday - Biceps/Shoulders
Shoulder Press 3 x 8
Bicep Curls 3 x 8
Pulldowns 3 x 8
Pull ups/Chin Ups (Alternating) - Until failure


Include 10 minute warm-up on bike and warm-down jogging on treadmill. Include 5 x 20 crunches

Also gonna stop smoking weed, and cut down smoking cigs to give me more energy.

Haven't got access to a barbell, none in my gym, which damn sucks.
