"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Can a DJ fall in love? If not, then I think you are missing all the things love can bring. But if you do, you will just break yourself. You know you can't stick to just one girl, you gotta move on. But how about if you don't fall in love with this one girl and just go playing around with 10 girls at once? Ofcourse, thats a fun experience, but it doesn't bring the feeling love does, you can't simulate that feeling.
So what the fvck should u do? If you fall in love, you are letting your life pass by. If you don't, life seems more or less worthless.
I broke up with my girlfriend last night, we both loved eachother and we still do. Now i have to fight my feelings. I have to be strong. I have to move on. The summer is here, its time for me to do my thing. I don't think i'll ever fall in love again, at least not for a very long time!
So tell me, does anybody know wtf to do? Fall in love or not? I have no clue anymore. I'm just gonna get my sex on and make it through the summer.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

A "DJ" can BE in love, yes. But FALL...no, I don't think so. Falling implies a loss of control. I would think a DJ would more "slide" into love.

LOL...yeah, the analogy is corny. :D But at any rate, the measure of a man's romantic life isn't how many women he bangs, or how good the women are that he bangs, it's whether he's happy with how he's progressing with women, happy with the way his love life is going, whether that's with a single quality girl or 50 hot slvts.

One of the big mistakes on this site is the belief that being with one woman is BAAAAAAD. It is for someone who's used to becoming clingy and dependent (i.e. the dreaded "one-itis"), and you want to stay away from it if you're still "recovering", but the main focus is to change your attitude when dealing with things like women to give you more power and control in the flow of the relationship...to be more dominant and masculine.

I thought I'd ressurect this post as I think Squirrels gives some very good advice here. I think a lot of aspiring DJs are turning very cold and hard skinned; they're viewing approaches and pick ups as a competition and undermining the whole point of being a DJ.

Being a DJ should be about discovering happiness and contentment. Isn't that what everyone wants in life? If you are contented with yourself there is no reason to compete and try to prove yourself to others.

If you're talking about hardcore PUAs and "players," then no. To them, seduction is a sport and love is a distraction from the goal of the game.

Otherwise, yes. But a DJ doesn't go looking for love. Love finds him. A real man has emotions, often very strong ones, but they don't dominate his life. THEY are his tools, not the other way around.

Meet women, have fun with them, and show them a good time. If love comes about, then start thinking about it. The more people in the world that are searching desperately for love, the greater the sales of Prozac. :p

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I've been wondering this kind of stuff lately. I mean, how far does "controlling your feelings" for a DJ go?

Is there any DJ out there who is right now IN LOVE and spend a lot of time thinking about a particular girl?

just wondering...

I like this thread, it makes much sense to me. I mean, what's the point of dating if you're not open to love coming your way?

The point is to build up confidence, not fall in love with just any broad, and date or fall in love when YOU are ready.
