"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

How does the DJ Bible compare to the likes of Seduction Science, Double Your Dating, The System (Dating Dictionary), Advanced Macking, Conversation King, How to be a Ladykiller, (if I left any out feel free to let us know some more)?

Which one would be better to read? The only one I finished so far is Double Your Dating so I can't really compare them. How do these stack up against the DJ Bible?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Most if not all of the "systems" and techniques are based loosley on pop psychology - often with the authors not even knowing that their techniques and observations are based on certain psychological principles (that if one studied the principles they'd see that these tricks aren't really magic or secrets, but easily derived from science). They all "work" to some extent, as they are all based on helping the reader understand what other people want or desire in certain situations and thus how to give them what they want.

Of course there is tons of different combinations or possibilites for putting pop psychology to work, hence all kinds of different systems are born. That doesn't mean one is necessarily more effective or better than others.

As you can probably see from the thread I started on pop psychology, I think the best way to go about stuff is just go straight to the source and learn about how people think and can be manipulated straight from the source and then use that to come up with whatever system works for you.

Be like Bruce Lee. Don't follow one school, use the best of them all to create your own style that works for you. I think everything you need to know can be found through the free resources such as SoSuave (DJ Bible and forums) and ASF.

Not really...

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

A lot of these books have thing in common like "Eye Contact"

But some things are different like "Expressing your feelings"

I personally prefer David D. and his Double your Dating 'emails' but i read www.sosuave.com articles too!

Once youve learned to mack a lot... you DO start to make up your own style. Oh yeah, and as my bro says... every girl is different (esp. shy girls) so its really up to you how you act!

BUT we can all agree that being 'wussy' or 'AFC' is a nono!

Then where?
In the resources that aren't free. Find one that fits your personality/character and learn from it. Build your own DJ persona and THEN incorporate what you learn in the forums into your DJ style. That's the only way that I've found truly authentic DJs and not just guys pretending to be by relying on tricks and tactics.
