And BB, I think those 15 lessons are a good start, and I'd like to get though those first. But afterwards, you're more than welcome to pick a post and take the reigns on this. Think that's a pretty good idea actually, eventually we could switch it up week by week with different posters.

For now though, looking forward to breaking down Pook's first five lessons. This should be good.

And Zekko, if the reading gets too tough, I'm sure one of these young whipper snappers could PM you their notes.

So next Tuesday at 5pm you are going to be starting a thread, and then we all chime in after, is that how it works?

Yep, that's pretty much it. I'm going to basically have some notes on it, my thoughts, how I feel it relates to my and some of my real life experiences. Also, if there are points I disagree with or questions then I'll lay those out as well and make a post to start it off.

Then you guys can do the same, or go off what I said and tell me how I'm wrong or right.... and so forth. Discuss it. I'll basically be hosting it for the time being, but like I was saying earlier, if someone else wants to take over in the future, then great. I think, for the most amount of benefit for something like this, it would be good to have different POV's to start off the study sessions.

I guess the first week will more or less be a trial, see if this is something that's going to work and take off. However it goes, I'd still like to continue with it though. Reading something is one thing, but really taking it a part and trying to really understand and apply the reading, is another.

This DJ Bible seems like it's got a lot of great info in it, from some of the old school 'scholars' . It would be a shame to have all of this knowledge under our fingertips, and not put it to good use.

On a side note though: As luck would have it, out of the blue, I was informed this morning that I may be able to take on this opportunity, that I've been trying to get into. The stars aligned, and a spot opened up for me. And of course the time will 5PM PST on Tuedays.

I was going to bring it up, but it's not 100% a sure thing right now. I should know though within a few days. So if I do take it, I will either be making the post a little early 4:30, then bouncing and coming back a few hours later. Or, if it works for everyone, moving the day to Wednesday.
