Can someone give me a diet sample, i can follow taking into consideration i go to school. I dont eat eggs,tuna,salmon, or cottage cheese which makes it hard. I do eat ALOT of vegies and fruit. SO please give me an idea of diet, while im trying to cut and lose 10 kilos, then bulk, atm i have no muscle so im not worried about losing it, so please guys, some ideas would be great. My mum can also get me tablets and vitamins if u think they are necesary. Thanks guys, please help me out with my diet..

All I know is that when you're ready to bulk, take in heaps of;

Peanut butter
Chicken Breast
Potatoes
Pasta
Rice

Simple!! Go nuts with the peanut butter, its an excellent bulking food. Most gym rats, myself included, take a multivitamin. I also take Zinc/Magnesium complex and Vitamin C.

You either suck it up like a man and eat stuff that's good for you, or you don't go on a diet. It's that fukkin simple.

heh... the whole point of what I said, is you can't say "I wanna lose weight, but I only wanna eat pizza and drink soda."

You have to have the ability to go through stuff you don't like and eat stuff based on the nutritional value, rather than the taste. Cottage cheese and eggs are good, but you'll have to eat more than if you ate tuna or salmon. For example, for a cup of cottage cheese, you'd only need like a half cup of tuna, and there's less fat in the tuna. Etc.

i hope it tastes better than it smells, can someone tell me if it does :>
Anyway i tend to go by smell's which i KNOW is bad.. but yer some ideas on tastes of tuna and salmon would be good I HATE MAYONAISE !

Tuna rocks! I love it straight from the can... but maybe try one of the flavoured varieties, theres a bucketload of em.
