There really isn't flipping the script. The person who makes more pays child support. Period.

Doesn't matter if they are a man, woman, trans, gay, think they are a dog, bear, rabbit or whatever else.

Traditionally the male made more money, which is why he usually paid child support. Now that's not the case as often, which is why you see more cases where the male gets child support.

However, this has nothing to do with things changing in court in terms of child support, it works the same as it always has.

There is a significant lack of understanding with how this works that needs to be rectified.
