WTF!?!?! That's how I feel about suspens whole thread? He wants questions answered, but to answer questions some details need to be given to see if the investments were wise, but no details are being provided. The whole rental thing just sounds weired as hell. As for the car, sure, if you dropped that much money and got your self a rang rover then you did awesome, if it was a 1980's Ford Pinto, then no, that was not awesome. That whole 20% return deal at a bank?? Lol, wtf? Why would a bank do that? Most can't even charge 20% for any of their loans they give peope, why would they pay you 20% for your $60,000+ dollars when they have millions? If all of what you said was true and you got a range rover or the likes in the deal, then YES, you did awesome.
