“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

What i am trying to get is to look bigger, muscular. I dont care about extra strength or competition or how much i can bench or clean, squat, i want to look BIG...thats all...
Hence, 20 rep squats. Do em, get big. It's literally the simplest, cheapest quickest method you will find.

Yeah at 5'9" and 165 you are in no position to even be considering roids. You wanna gain at least a good 10-15, go read my 20 rep squats thread, or google 20 rep squats...
.....except for the fact that Franco Columbo was one of the best physiques to walk the earth at 180lbs at the same height as the OP.

Weight means nothing.

to answer fuglydudes question, i just want to overall build 10-15 lbs of muscle and work from there, i spent hunderds of $$$ on GNC products for building muscle with minimal effect. I just wanted to see how it is to gear.

Have you considered other steroids? 10-15lbs of pure muscle can put on through multiple cycles of much safer(but much more expensive) alternatives.

IMO, the right steroid cycle would be much more effective, and much cheaper.
I'm curious as to how much a starter cycle of test. should cost?

What form of test. has been around the longest?

Espi, why do you think deca with test - e stack is bad for first cycle? also did you do test-e 400mg once a week or 200mg every 3-4 days?
Please let me know if you took HCG during your 12 week cycle? And what drugs did you take for PCT and dosages? and for how many weeks.
Thanks!

I respectfully disagree.

Everyone has a choice...and no one has the right to decree if one is qualified to use steroids...and I also disagree about "bad problems" likely resulting from using steroids. The moderate, commonsensical use of steroids will not likely result in "bad" problems. At least I've never had problems...I've done them...the key is to cycle the RIGHT way...and that means doing your homework: read, get a physical, and don't abuse the chemicals. Too many guys stay ON too long...you have to cycle "off"...you have to eat clean, and you have to stay off drugs and alcohol...

If you cycle steroids the RIGHT way, i.e. the commonsensical, moderate way, you're actually likely going to incur some GOOD results...i.e. a better sense of well being, a cleaner lifestyle (i.e. no drugs, no alcohol, no bad foods)...and of course increased strength and muscle mass.
What i said wasn't a generic message for the masses. It was specifically for the OP based on the combo of him being 165lbs, never hearing of starting strength, never hearing of the 20rep squat routine, wasting money on supps from GNC, not understanding correct diet and training, and not having the resourcefulness to even locate a legit place to ask for steroid advice. All these things imply imo that he is in no way shape or form ready for steroids and his chances of having bad sides are higher.

Good points Effort...

Wasabi... we want you to succeed, that's why most of us are giving you advice to hold off on gear. You've been training for 4-5 years, yet have never done a barbell squat, and are questioning the validity of a 20-rep squat. When I was 165 I was deadlifting 425, squatting > 300, and had a max close grip bench of around 250.

One of the best/most effective ways to get big (which seems to be your goal) is to concurrently get really strong. If you can naturally get to 200 lbs, w/ a 500 lb deadlift, 400 lb squat and 300 lb bench do you think you'll look small? If you can achieve those things naturally then you'll have the dietary and training knowledge base required to maximize your gains off of AAS use.

I think you need to ask yourself WHY you wanna look "BIG" as you put it... Everyone has their own reasons for using gear, so you'll need to do some soul searching and figure out why you wanna use.

By the way, if you're doing it to get laid more I'd strongly suggest getting to 175-180 and then getting really lean... women find lean muscle really yummy. Trust me on this I've been taking my clothes off for women for over 3.5 years now... last stagette I did I got paid a base rate of 150 plus they tipped me over $200 for around 30-40 minutes of "work" ... I was around 173 lbs (down from 180 earlier than week) at 5'8".

We're here to help you, so if you're serious about using AAS, feel free to drop me a PM... I'll assist you as much as I can.

actually Fuglydude, thats what i want to do, get big and get lean. I have increased my protein / complex carb diet but its still hard to get to 2000 - 2500 calories per day...I have been going to gym 6-7 days a week for the past 2 months so i see some gains, but nothing too crazy. I will do the squats today, Ordered some BCAA online to help with protein.

Wow your like my height so maybe i can do same thing your doing.

No offense dude, but w/ your current build you shouldn't even consider stripping...

This is me at 165 lbs... this is over 2 years back, so I'm a big bigger now, but w/ a similar bodyfat%.

Most of the dudes I work w/ are bigger/more ripped than me, and I'm up in Western Canada, where the market isn't exceptionally large or competitive. I suspect that to me successful in larger markets in the US you'd need to have a crazy build, not to mention great stage presence and performing ability.

With regards to your diet, I DIET (cut weight) on >2500 calories... that's the BIGGEST issue as to why you're not putting on weight/getting bigger. Even if you were to use gear w/ that diet, you might put on 10-15 lbs, but as soon as you came off you'd shrink back to your previous size.

How many grams of protein are you taking in per day?

Sorry dude... links should be fixed now...

You should still be eating fruits/salad, meat during your bulking phase. You'll also need to incorporate significant amounts of complex carbohydrates from sources such as brown rice, yams, whole grain pastas, etc.

Save yourself the money and just go out buy some cottage cheese... its around 30 g protein/cup, and its cheap, and will give you mostly casein protein. Its good that you're attempting to get lotsa protein. This is a first and crucial step in gaining mass. Now throw in around 1-1.5 lbs of meat such as lean ground beef/bison, chicken, fish, etc. That should get you close to 200 g protein. 1 cup of cottage cheese before bed along w/ all the rest should get you over 200 g. Try and get your daily caloric intake at at least 3500.

Lol i just need to gain like 20lb of muscle, lower my body fat and ill look like you... oh yeah and shave my chest hair.

Ill get a whole bunch of chicken and yams tomorrow to keep throughout the week, I always eat out so dont really know how to cook it. What do you do with ground beef? just burgers?

At the moment I eat a lot of fiber from cereal, apples, whole wheat bread. Protein from Subway subs (grilled chicken), mixed salad with beans when at work, salmon teriyaki from time 2 time, I drink a lot of coffee so i get my daily non fat milk from from the coffee.

today I did 4 sets of squats with a 50lb bar (to start), basically felt my lower back , legs and a little bit around the neck.

You can def gain that 20 lbs naturally. Bulking is not rocket science. First, accept that it isn't going to be all lean. You cant simultaneously add mass and get really low bodyfat. So focus on adding the mass to your frame first and then cut the soft weight.

Also dont expect to gain any significant weight if you arent squatting heavy. I mean seriously like punishing yourself heavy until you maybe pop a blood vessel in your eye. Deadlifting also and cleans, rows, presses and hamstring work.

Eat every three hours. Make it happen. Don't be afraid of some Burger King or Taco Bell either. If you really want to get bigger you do what it takes and make it your job.

This is part of your problem. Your incorporating a ton of supplements as your main path to fulfilling your protein goal. This will not work in the long run. It will only teach you bad habits of counting on supplements to carry you.

Learn to make real food, ground beef, ground turkey, chicken, tuna, eggs, egg whites, peanut butter, whole wheat bread(no yeast) and such staples for your protein and use supplement as supplements not the majority of your protein.

Yes yes, shave EVERYTHING,not just chest hair.

It's easy to eat out at restaurants. Order a chicken salad or chicken breast. No dressings, sauces or croutons.

Get whole wheat bread without yeast from Trader Joes or your local grocery store if possible.

Subway chicken is crap and full of added ingredients. If your your stuck eating out check out Robek's,if you have them in your area. Teriyaki will basically kill any type of leanness you are working for. You can almost drink non fat milk non stop and not get fat as long as you try hard in the gym, cause your body will put it all to work.

today I did 4 sets of squats with a 50lb bar (to start), basically felt my lower back , legs and a little bit around the neck.

At that weight you shouldn't feel it so much in your lower back. Just focus purely on form, form form form form form. Intensity comes 2nd most.

And for what it's worth.....this is me from this past summer....I'm a lot bigger now. 5 8" 160lbs at 6% bodyfat almost year round. Gonna push hard for 163 at 4-5% this summer.
