btw how do i find out my genetic potential?
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Hence, 20 rep squats. Do em, get big. It's literally the simplest, cheapest quickest method you will find.Wasabi_Master said:What i am trying to get is to look bigger, muscular. I dont care about extra strength or competition or how much i can bench or clean, squat, i want to look BIG...thats all...

.....except for the fact that Franco Columbo was one of the best physiques to walk the earth at 180lbs at the same height as the OP.MetalFortress said:Yeah at 5'9" and 165 you are in no position to even be considering roids. You wanna gain at least a good 10-15, go read my 20 rep squats thread, or google 20 rep squats...
Wasabi_Master said:to answer fuglydudes question, i just want to overall build 10-15 lbs of muscle and work from there, i spent hunderds of $$$ on GNC products for building muscle with minimal effect. I just wanted to see how it is to gear.
I'm curious as to how much a starter cycle of test. should cost?Espi said:IMO, the right steroid cycle would be much more effective, and much cheaper.
What i said wasn't a generic message for the masses. It was specifically for the OP based on the combo of him being 165lbs, never hearing of starting strength, never hearing of the 20rep squat routine, wasting money on supps from GNC, not understanding correct diet and training, and not having the resourcefulness to even locate a legit place to ask for steroid advice. All these things imply imo that he is in no way shape or form ready for steroids and his chances of having bad sides are higher.Espi said:I respectfully disagree.
Everyone has a choice...and no one has the right to decree if one is qualified to use steroids...and I also disagree about "bad problems" likely resulting from using steroids. The moderate, commonsensical use of steroids will not likely result in "bad" problems. At least I've never had problems...I've done them...the key is to cycle the RIGHT way...and that means doing your homework: read, get a physical, and don't abuse the chemicals. Too many guys stay ON too long...you have to cycle "off"...you have to eat clean, and you have to stay off drugs and alcohol...
If you cycle steroids the RIGHT way, i.e. the commonsensical, moderate way, you're actually likely going to incur some GOOD results...i.e. a better sense of well being, a cleaner lifestyle (i.e. no drugs, no alcohol, no bad foods)...and of course increased strength and muscle mass.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

This is part of your problem. Your incorporating a ton of supplements as your main path to fulfilling your protein goal. This will not work in the long run. It will only teach you bad habits of counting on supplements to carry you.Wasabi_Master said:I am taking in 100-150 from isopure shakes, the rest i get from eating food... I did notice a gain in muscle when i increased my protein intake. I was thinking of buying casein protein for nighttime...
