Is it possible to lose as much as 15 pounds in 2 days due to diarrhea? Someone told me this happened to him.

There are a ton of factors that go into losing/gaining weights. Water,food,bathroom trips,blood flow and so on. I've had a BB friend who lost 10 pounds over the course of 1 week of being really sick so 15 is pretty far fetched.

Definitely possible... You do however, risk electrolyte disturbances/dehydrations that have the potential to become life threatening if life untreated. Should definitely get to the hospital if you have that kind of diarrhea.
Cholera, Camylobacter spp., Rotavirus (more so in kids), entertoxigenic E. coli can all cause serious diarrhea.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
