Every girl is a screamer with me LOL!. Seriously though, The ones i can remember were these 3 blonde girls and 1 brunette who were LOUD!. I would just let them yell their heads off. The only true 'screamer' I was with was completely insane. She was so loud I thought the cops were going to kick down my door.
I used a pillow over her face, and that worked. We didn't go out for very long. I think the screamers have some major sex issues, personally, and I would stay away from them.

I live down a dirt road in the woods that's about a mile long (yeah, im always surprised when women from the net come and meet a stranger that lives down a dirt road in the woods!) There's no houses anywhere near me.
And i still get screamers. So unless they're AWing for the deer and foxes outside - I'ma guess some of them just actually prefer to let out their pleasure rather than keep it in. Doesn't bother me one way ot the other.
