"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I've been tryin to befriend a girl and when I talk to her, I try to be myself. Im one of those guys who doesn't take a lot seriously and just jokes around a lot. So when I say some wise-ass remark or joke, she just doesn't get it. Like she either doesn't say anything, or just says "Oh yeah" and brushes it off. Now, I dunno what to do because thats who I am. I am the sarcastic guy who just tries to lighten the mood. Anyone else had this type of problem before. I mean, I am not going to change or anything. I was just wondering other people's view point on sarcastic people.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I find that even my corny comments will get a laugh out of a girl who's interested. Maybe she senses that you're "trying" to entertain her and she isn't really receptive because of her interest level. I also know that some people have a different kind of humor they relate to. Me and my friends laugh and make fun of "really" stupid things, and some people just don't get it. Me and my friends can make each other laugh to the point of exhaustion......some people understand and some don't.

Maybe she's just stupid and sarcasm evades her... I've found some girls just don't get anything and then beg you to explain it to them... which of course totally ruins the joke.

In which case I totally ditch them because it's so hard to build any rapport with someone you can't communicate with.

Girls like that are morons. Tell the jokes if it makes you happy. If she "doesn't get it"...who cares?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Try digging in her life stories. Ask her about feelings of certain things. Have a deep conversation with her. Make jokes when the time is right, or sometimes when she asks about yourself. You don't want to tell her your life stories, just make a joke, be mysterious and make her laugh at the same time.

Joking around all the time will make you look immature.

Ditto, even if she is a bit thick, generally you don't want to joke around too much, this is definately spanner territory.

And, as you are a lonely guy, you are clinging to a dimwitt because you have oneitis.

You can't change her, but you can change yourself.

1. Be yourself. YES, but always remember that the underlying purpose of your interaction with a woman is to CREATE ATTRACTION. Do you know how to create attraction while being yourself? Just being yourself usually doesn't work.

2. "wise-ass" jokes aren't funny.

lol, I can see it working!

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

she isn't trusting

she probably does not trust you much.
when a girl likes you, she laughs at ANYTHING that can be laughed at, even if it's haha isn't that dog funny? etc.

Don't try to hard to be funny, take it slowly, if she seems to somewhat like you, if not give up after a while and move on. why waste valuable time when you can be talking to someone of your interest level.

If they don't laugh... then why do you want to be with them?
So they can stare at you and say:
Huh? What do you mean? I don't get it.

Like Joe Pesci says in the movie Casino:

Fu*k 'em

am I funny like a clown? Do I amuse you? Funny how?

Listen man,

Dump this hizzoe.

I have dated so many women and all of them laugh at dumb sh*t.
If a girl likes you she will laugh at anything.
Why wrestle with the wind? Why try to grasp
an oiled rod?
Seems to me like you enjoy this.
I am like that in some ways, I enjoy a big challenge but it gets to a point where enough is enough.
