“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I know they work a lot of different muscles, but I mostly feel them in my lower back and my hamstrings.

Which days do most of you do deadlifts on? Your leg day or your back day? I just started doing them yesterday (thursday is leg day) and it seemed fine, but I wasn't sure if it might be better to use it on back day instead?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Back day.
Squats AND deadlifts would be way too much in one day, one of them would not be getting your 100% b/c you'd already be pretty worn out.

If you want to take the legs out of deadlifts you can do partial deadlifts from the knee up, your back will receive the same results

I definately do them on back day. i never really felt much in the legs, which has a lot to do with how i do them. i cant imagine doing squats then deadlifts. it can be done, but i prefer splitting them up.
