“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

What kind of grip do you guys use? I tend to switch it around in my set. For example in a 8 set I will do two palms facing, two palms away, two opposing, and the last two opposite opposing. I think it's helping my upper back develop a little more doing this.

i don't think the grip will change your back development, but will develop your traps/forearms/biceps differently. 3 main grips are overhand, opposing, and hook grip.

overhand is the best, and least likely for injury

opposing can give you a bicep tear.

I'm still working on grip, i'm a pansy and use wrist straps.
