Finally broke 200 today... 205x5x3 Felt really good. Comparatively I know it's not much to what alot lot of you guys are puttin up, but I'm on my way.. :rockon:

Good lift Mike. Get a video for us. I haven't seen many put videos up of their lifts on this site. You train powerlifting style I'm guessing? How long you've been lifting that way?

Nice work Shock - have you tried to see what you can get with 1x5 or maybe just a single rep max? You might surprise yourself.
