Dude don't you have a girlfriend or something. 1 of 3 new relatioship are started at work. It's a statistical possibility she is real. And there is no reason why I should care if you think she isn't.

Never date a coworker. It has potential to jeopardize your job and it leaves the possibility of getting blackmailed.
