"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Do and activity. It's more fun than dinner and certainly builds more memories. Go bowling, shoot pool, go to an arcade, go ice skating, go ice blocking, go to a coffeehouse that has open mic/poetry readings/story telling/live music, go to an animal shelter and play with the animals, cook something together (kabobs over an open fire or barbecue is always fun), check your paper for local comedy or improve groups...be creative, there is so much you can do.

LOL and i would let go of the steering wheel.. and just say "AHH WE ARE GONNA CRASH" and just get her scared it was hilarious for me of course, and she loved it every other turn we had i would just let go or close my eyes... after we raced on separate cars and had fun racing i would crash her from the sides... ^_^

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Look through your newspaper and you'll likely find a lot of free/inexpensive underground events going on. Some of my favorites are...

Coffee houses: fun and relaxing, a lot of them host poetry/storytelling nights and feature underground bands and music groups (African drums, anyone?)

Outdoor Cinemas: Fun in the summer! If your city doesn't have one of these, borrow a projector and watch a movie on the side of your house. While you're waiting for it to get dark enough outside, enjoy a barbecue, make kabobs, etc.

Ride the city bus and people watch.

Go horseback riding.

Go to the humane society and play with the animals.

Finger paint.

Cook/bake something together. Endless opportunities to kiss frosting off each other's noses.

If you're artsy, go to a free art gallery/showing. Or try one of those paint-your-own-pottery places. Experiment with paper mache.

Go hiking. Bring lunch.

Get together with friends have a Food Fear Factor contest. Create rounds of progressively gross/weird food. (ex. safer foods are typically spam, soda w/ aspirin, or toothpaste mixed with water. For more daring options, find an asian grocery store and cook chicken hearts, pig snout/stomach, or bitter melon juice). A delicious prize is a must.

Go watch a little league game together. If you like kids, marvel over how cute they are. If you don't, make fun of their blunders.

Do yardwork/gardening together. Sounds boring, but it's hands-on, calming, and the silence is golden.

Go to a used book store and compete to find the worst book cover, title, etc. Fantasy and romance novels are typically winners.

If you live in a college town, check out what events are happening at the college. Usually a play, music performance, or film is showing for a low or nonexistant price.

I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world. -Einstein

There are also hundreds of threads asking this same question...i've even asked it already

Don't goto a movie theater, maybe invite her over to watch a movie at your place. Just do something that will allow conversation. 12 times out of 10 (yes I know that doesn't work) when I invited a girl over to watch a movie I only see about 10 minutes of it then we start talking/flirting and then some other stuff.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I've been thinking about paintballing. You can be her 'wingman' so to speak, and take hits for her and stuff. I can't see why it'd be a bad date, you're basically protecting her the whole time.

I'm looking for some too... it's winter here, but there isn't much snow yet.

I'm going to take a girl skating for sure when the ice around my town is ready :). At the moment, all I can think of is watch a movie or go to the mall.

how about the mall date as a first date? j/w how you make it last around an hour or twoish when you're meeting up there for the date

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
