"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Hi guys, after searching this forum for HOURS, i still came up with just about nothing on the subject of dancing. i used the search feature with "dancing" and "how to dance" but it came up empty.

anyway, what i was wonering is, basically how do you dance?? i'm totally, 100% clueless on this matter. i dont mean dancing, like clubs and stuff, i mean just high school SCHOOL dances, or friends' parties, sweet 16s, etc.

i tried watching people, but i couldnt really get a sense of what was goin on. obviously there's stuff like the grind, which i dont know how to do either...

i'm hoping that 1. this will enlighten me, and 2. this will englighten others just like me with the same issues

thanks a lot and hoping for a quick reply b/c of upcomming parties...

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Go to the video store and rent Switch and watch when Will Smith teaches the fat guy the basics of dancing or look it up on google. If your still clueless just ask a HB to teach you to dance.

yeah i saw Hitch already... and basically all he says is just subtle movements, to the beat, dont do anything crazy, side to side with the snap

but that sure as hell isnt gonna roll when you get to a party, where everyone is dancing like crazy and nice moves and whatnot

i just need a beginners guide for an uncomming party, where i KNOW there's gonna be a lot of dancing...

Ok fine if you want dance moves watch any rap video, if you want BREAK DANCE moves down load some from net or use limewire. If you want to know how to grind just look it up on google theres a million sites that have pictures and clips that'll guide you through it. Or once you go to the party you can watch for few min see what other guys are doing then start off by doing the easy stuff then work towards the harder ones.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

my strategy was: befriend a black woman, have her teach you.

mine didn't have a lot of time to teach me so i'm going to have to get another study course sometime soon. :)

50cent - in da club
50cent - outta control
Also Sean Paul videos.

If you want to see a pro look at Usher but I don't recommend trying his tricks if you are inexperienced :p

I don't know how you people dance at "high school dances" where I am it is the same as in clubs and friends parties.

Dancing is the easiest thing in the world if you get the hang of it. Just relax and have a good time when you do it.

Dance on music at home until you feel like getting it.

If your are nervous about it start dancing with a group of friends, until you feel better about it.

Grab a girls hand, pull her close to you and move your @ss baby, bend your knees slightly to the beat and move your hands a little. Also motion your head. Basically all parts of your body should be moving.

The most important thing is feeling like you are the star on the dance floor and not giving a **** about the people around you or about what they could think of you dancing.

Remember I said "feel like a star" don't try to be the star or impress a girl if you are a n00b. You can do that after you have some experience.

I hope that helps.

thanks guys
i took a look at in da club -- although the dance scenes are pretty choppy and short, i got somewhat of a good sense how to move with the beat

i also learned from a friend how to grind

i was wondering if you had any NAMES for these justin timberlake vids? thanks.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

just let go and dance. Grab the girl by the waist and have her lead, follow her hips with your own like you're givin it to her from behind. Try to keep from gettin a stiff one cause most girls don't like it, but if its a girl you've got mutual interest in then let loose!

Proggressively get closer and closer when you're face to face. If she knows what shes doin she'll hop on your leg and you can proceed to the stand up dry ****.

I'm in the Bay so if I'm not freakin a girl I'm dancin by myself Mac Dre status. Thizz Dancin n whatnot.

just feel the beat in your body. Bop your head to the beat and get your chest into it, don't move your feet to much until you really get the hang of it.

oh and if she gets down to a squat while you're behind her, get down on her level and post out behind you with one arm so you don't fall back. Let her grind on you is all you really gotta do, follow her hips with your own so it isn't as bumpy.
