Hey guys, I went clubbing for the 2nd time in my life, I did ok dancing, but does anyone have any paticular moves to get me noticed on the dancefloor, besides boping my head and swinging back an forth or jumping around lol.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Spot on gimmeyofonenumba!:cheer:Also, heres something ive learned. I realized, you gotta keep bringing something new to the table, grinding gets old after a while and you wanna show the chick you arent just dancing with her cause of a boner u had a few hrs ago. so i think(and i havent done this, and not sure how) you gotta try some of that swing stuff, like spin her around. Maybe even pick her up or something. I'd like to incorporate that salsa type of spin. I think the idea is to cut her off from the rest of the club, and make her feel like she is in your dimension and you are showing her all the new things/moves that she isnt seeing out there/expecting.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

True..i had girls walk out on me saying that i was a good techno dancer and they couldnt keep up with me..WTF? watever..One last thing, it's NOT always a good thing to be a very good dancer. Now I always need to hold back when I go out with my friends, because when I start to get into the music and really dance the way I feel it and like it, they would feel so self-conscious in comparison that they eventually just leave the dancefloor or leave the place.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
