Ok im 5'6" 165/170lbs lookin to lean down.. im guessin im at appx 12-14% bf coz i can see my abs but they're still sorta covered..

CALCULATIONS:

165PDS/2.2lbs/kg=75 kg (kg conversion)
1. 75*24*1= 1800 (BMR)
2. 1800 *.30 = 600 (activity cals)
Based on 3-5 days of cardio for at least 30 minutes
3. (1800+600)*.10=240 (SDA)
4. 1800+600+240=2640 (we'll call it 2640) (MAINTENANCE)
5. 2140 TO LOSE ONE POUND PER WEEK!

RATIOS:

165G PROTEIN = 660CALS (4)
48G FAT = 0.2*2140=428CALS /9= 48 (9)
263G CARB = 2140-660-428= 1052CALS = 263 (4)

Are these correct??

if its light cardio, then you should be fine, although you might want to consider upping to 2400.

Do expect slight strength losses.
