hey, this has been worrying me for some time but i think my lower back curves in more then the average. Is there a way i can check this without seeing a doctor? (it doesn't curve side-to-side, it's more of an inward one at the lower) And if i do need to see a doctor, what type of doc is it? im thinking it's hyperlordosis, which is like 'swayback' term comes from Scoliosis, curving of spine.

also if this is the case, can i fix it through some workout and without surgery?

I had a minor sway back, and I fixed mine by not sleeping on my stomach like I always used to. sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees, it helps.

and yeah, hip flexor stretching.
