I would just lie and say you have a cerification, no one will even know the difference. Project management is a joke, anyone can do it.
Depends what projects you're managing. If software, reading "the mythical man-month" will put you light years ahead of any PM in the world. The reasons software projects fail in 2022/2023 are the same as to why they failed in the 1970's. This book sheds light on some of those reasons and how to mitigate them.
