Lately I've been really upping my self-improvement regime and with the coming of winter have felt more comfortable being less social. Every weekend I find myself invited to parties but I am finding myself more and more incline to relax at home; especially having finished a month internship at a hospital (for this weekend particularly).
Because of this, it leaves me in a dilemma. On one hand I am comfortable but on the other, I am not expanding my social circle, going out, etc yet I'm not feeling the fun of it. It does not help when friends are themselves in relationships so they can reasonably (to the eye of everyone else) have a quiet night in.
So what do you guys think? Should you always be pushing yourself out socially? Is how I am feeling right now just me reverting to comfortability? Or is it reasonable to be anti-social?
