Crying over dumb shvt that doesn't affect you is the real plague of this site

I have tried to keep quiet about this, but the recent NPC interest in Israel/Middle East has spiked my trigger levels. Why are we doomscrolling or ingesting McDies level black pill fuel? If that girl went up to me at a club to measure me, I would just laugh it off and find another girl to talk to. Done! This girl literally has zero impact on my life unless I let her. Why the hell are you letting some girl on Tik Tok/Instagram/YouTube negatively affect your dating life? You more than likely never meet this person ever in your entire life. Even if you do meet someone similar, do you really lack the emotional capacity to just ignore her and move on? If so then you have other problems to worry about! As a black man, I have been rejected by women for the most bullshvt & artificial reasons, but I do not care about them anymore. Instead, I get over and move the fvck on. At the rate things are going we're going to have to "move on" to a different planet. Any ideas OP? The decline is real and pervasive, just because the fire isn't at your doorstep yet doesn't mean the smoke isn't on the horizon. Look away all you want, but the fire still encroaches.

Maybe the optimal approach is "enjoying" the decline without being in denial of its existence. I had a fairly hot 20-something flirt with me today when I got take-out, which was nice, but somehow it didn't eliminate Israel having its Samson Option and WWIII being closer than it ever was. Both things can be true.

Totally agree with you! Great post! People need to drop the victim mindset and also find less strange things to be outraged over.

On the world events front, i used to read the wall street journal daily and consume alot of online news in various forms. Once my personal problems built up too much i new i had to drop the news to lower my stress. I still dont regret it as it helped alot to lower my overall stress. I am less informed on current events now but i am ok with it
