“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

My schedule doesn't give me that much time to workout tues-thurs (probably around 15 minutes) , so i've been considering this new routine:

monday: squat/ glut-ham

tues or weds: weighted pull ups

weds or thurs: shoulder press

friday:dead/hypers

sat: chest press

sun: d-rows

the workouts tues/thurs/sat would only last 10-15 minutes (about 3-4 sets). the squats and deadlifts days would last around 30-40 minutes. Basically, this is all the exersices I do over a 3 day split spread out over the week.

I have these questions: How much stress do dl's put on the shoulders and middle/ upper back? How far apart should I place my shoulder press/d-rows/w-pullups from the dl.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Whats the advantage of the two day split?

After squats and deads, I don't have much energy left. By spreading the exersices out, I would be fresher for each exersice and thus more likely to pull a personal best. At least that is my rationale for the split posted above.

For a two day split, I came up with

day 1:
deads, w-pullups, hypers, d-rows

day 2:
squats, chest press, glut-hams, shoulder press.

Looking a lot better.

Do 2 days so you can go in, give it your all for those two days, and have more time to recover, which is especially needed on a tight schedule

I also do grappling 4x a week monday-friday. Would that have an affect on my strength training routine?

even more reason to do a 2xday a week.

Any form of other training will cut into your recovery and hinder your strength if it's strenuous enough. however, while I don't know what grappling involves, I'd say your strength training would benefit it.. try it and see.

just remember, if you want to be a grappler, just do grappling. if you want to be a bodybuilder, just do bodybuilding. if you want to be a powerlifter, just do powerlifting..

otherwise you're a jack of all trades, but master of none

grappling (bjj) involves a lot of muscular endurance, so strength training definatly helps.

I want to be primarily a grappler, but I also want to weigh 150-170 eventually.

never mind on the upper body stuff on friday. My arms have not recoved from my 4 days of grappling. I forgot to take into account grappling takes a lot our of my arms. I"ll have to do upperbody atleast on sunday-tuesdays so my arms have time to recover.
