I've been currently sticking to a regular schedule whereas I would do these daily:
1.) Started with 10 push-ups last month, i'm up to 30 now and I add 5 push-ups every week
2.) I do 3 set of abs. I sit on an incline bench and do full situps. I started off with ten at first and every week I would increase the number of situps I do by five and also add a five pound weight at the beginning of every week
3.) I use the butterfly machine in which works my chest and been constant with it.
4.) Lastly, before I work out I would consume a glass of protein shake in order to get my belly sagging and my muscles pumped.
My Workout schedule:
Sunday - Makeup Day ( Every single muscle is touched in order to warm up for the upcoming week: chest, biceps, triceps, back, & shoulders )
Monday - Triceps and Shoulders
Tuesday - Dreaded Legs
Wednesday - Biceps and Back
Thursday - Chest
Friday & Saturday: Rest
Everytime I work out it usually takes 1.5 hours in order finish my workout routine
At the end of my first month I weighed myself, and it did not show any increase in weight, however the weight in which i was lifting has shown results.
Two weeks ago I've weighed myself and it stated I was 113 and yesterday I weighed myself and it stated that I've gained two extra pounds.
Two weeks = Two pounds
