"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've been currently sticking to a regular schedule whereas I would do these daily:
1.) Started with 10 push-ups last month, i'm up to 30 now and I add 5 push-ups every week
2.) I do 3 set of abs. I sit on an incline bench and do full situps. I started off with ten at first and every week I would increase the number of situps I do by five and also add a five pound weight at the beginning of every week
3.) I use the butterfly machine in which works my chest and been constant with it.
4.) Lastly, before I work out I would consume a glass of protein shake in order to get my belly sagging and my muscles pumped.

My Workout schedule:
Sunday - Makeup Day ( Every single muscle is touched in order to warm up for the upcoming week: chest, biceps, triceps, back, & shoulders )
Monday - Triceps and Shoulders
Tuesday - Dreaded Legs
Wednesday - Biceps and Back
Thursday - Chest
Friday & Saturday: Rest

Everytime I work out it usually takes 1.5 hours in order finish my workout routine

At the end of my first month I weighed myself, and it did not show any increase in weight, however the weight in which i was lifting has shown results.

Two weeks ago I've weighed myself and it stated I was 113 and yesterday I weighed myself and it stated that I've gained two extra pounds.

Two weeks = Two pounds

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Don't weigh yourself to measure results, there's too many variables. Use big compound lifts, eat plenty of food, get rest and track your progress -- if you're adding weight to the big compound lifts then you're making progress.

2 lb. change in bodyweight doesn't mean anything. Most guys swing more than that throughout the day.

Especially at your current weight I would seriously rethink your routine.

I think you should be working out four days a week at the most. Either take out the makeout day or combine shoulders with chest since they're both pushing movements. I'd prefer you take out the makeout day.
Try not to workout more than two days in a row.

One pound per week is a decent rate. If you can keep it that way for several weeks, that is awesome. If you are doing everything right, you should be gaining 2-4 pounds per month.
