Creative ways of asking a girl to prom

Ha Ha dude you should at least spend money on flowers when you actually ask her. I mean theres a bunch of cool creative things you could do but you should be willin to spend a bit since youll probly have to anyways,its prom right. I know this one guy asked this chick by leavin clues for her where she had to do a bunch of random things like go to a boys bathroom at the bla bla bla and get the next clue all leadin back to her house where he was waiting with some flowers. Thats just an idea though be creative the best ideas are the ones you think up. if not go with the flowers ------>:flowers:

You dont have to do anything expensive. The reason girls like flowers and stuff when they're asked is because it creates drama. It gives them something to talk about, and if its public it gives them the spotlight. Do something a bit flashy, especially if your sure she'll say yes (like a gf or if she's hinted that she wants you to ask her).

If your looking for ideas, a bunch of guys at my school asked the girl on the morning announcements. The clue idea is great as well. If you know an office aid, you could try writing a note like an office referal that asked her out and have them deliver it (note: I think this is against the rules, so check first and be sure the guy is trustworthy). Use your best judgement and make it big.

I'm against buying them things. It's just silly, and doesn't make you seem very suave, if you have to bribe them.

The person I asked was an underclassman.

Me: Man, I can't wait till prom.
Her: Yea, I wish I could go.
Me: I know, right? If only there was so miraculous, imaginary way for you to find a date that is in the graduating class. *wink*
Her: *laughs* So, I'm just a charity case?
Me: Exactly. And thank your lucky stars.

I think it's more important to say something creative than to actually buy them gifts/set up an event. I like Krak's idea.

Why spend money on ASKING a girl to prom? That's just stupid, and a waste. Just bring up prom in a convo, find out if she has a date, if she doesn't then ask her to go with you. This is how I got my date:

Me: ... So, who are you going to prom with?
Her: I actually don't have a date yet.
Me: Really? Me neither! Let's go together!
Her: Okay, that sounds awesome.

i never used it but i wrote it and its not too bad.. steal my words, just play g and c for the chords. i pretty much freestyled the whole thing, just playing and making up words as i went.
