"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Well you usually won't see results in the first day. He was probably just imagining it to boost his ego.

I heard creatine retains water in your system, and therefore you look "puffy", which is good, cause it makes you look bigger.
I don't know how after one day it could have any effect, though.

On a side note, I just got my CELL-TECH creatine yesterday in the mail. I shouldn't have gotten it. (75grams sugar per serving, and overpriced...) And blech, that stuff is nasty going down.

Oh, another side note: i heard you aren't supposed to drink your creatine and glutamine at the same time. I guess they go after the same receptors, so you don't get the full effect of each. I used to mix them in the same glass...

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

You would have to eat a ridiculous amount of beef to saturate your muscles with creatine the way supplementing does. Eating meat to saturate your muscles with creatine is simply not feasible.

I remember reading somewhere that you'd have to eat 10 pounds of beef a day to get any significant amount of creatine in your system. So knock yourself out!

Forty quarter-pounders/day = MASS.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

actually altho beef does have creatine, it's converted to creatinine in the cooking process, so unless you gonna eat it raw, there's no creatine in the beef you eat.

creatine is overhyped. It will put on a few pounds of water wieght, and make upper body lifts go up slightly (like the benchpress). You will, however, loose muscle definition. Creatine is not expensive, but you can do fine without it. Like many supplements, it is taxing on the liver.
