"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

For those of you that take a creatine supplement, do you take it before or after you work out? I've tried both and didn't know if it made a difference. When I take it before I lift, my muscles feel more swollen during the workout. Is that normal? Thanks in advance.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Its GNC brand Amplified Creatine 189. Its a hydrochloride formula as opposed to monohydrate and it just says to take two each day, no instructions on when. So I was trying to collect opinions from other creatine users.

My recent reading has suggeted that anything other than monohydrate is about as useful as cow s***. Which sucks, because a few weeks before I bought some ethyl ester, luckily a small amount.

Maybe Omen can elaborate...

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

GO with cereatine mono hydrate.

The Ethyl Ester is proclaimed to "absorb better into your muscles than MH" but honestly, you wont notice a difference.

I have never heard about the Hydrochloride but you gotta take GNC with a grain of salt- It is of course the GENERAL nutrition center. Some of the stuff there won't help.

Myself I wouldnt go with creatine at all, as no studies have been done on it, but to each his own. It makes an undenyable difference but I have never felt the need to use it in my training.

There are plenty of studies proving creatine's efficacy. I don't know why you wouldn't use it if you admit you know it makes a difference; it's cheap as hell if you buy in bulk.

It's a cell volumizer, so I'd take the bulk of the serving before...

If you're aiming for 2 scoops per workout day, then throw 1.5 scoops pre-workout, and 0.5 post workout.
