Hey guys, i was just wondering if theres anything bad that could happen if you drink alcohol while on creatine?

Im wondering, coz creatine absorbs more water into muscles, so you gotta drink more. But then alcohol affects your anti-diuretic hormone, which controsl the amount of urine you produce and the amount of water you reabsorb into your body.

Since alcohol inhibits the anti-diuretic hormone, and you get dehydrated while creatine needs more water, is it safe to drink alcohol while using creatine?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I'm a college student, who also takes a lot of time to workout. Strength increases have been awesome, as has recent muscle increases. I certainly look good, but not as good as I should. Why? because I drink way too much. This is my last year and I'm going to live it to the fullest, it is certainly holding me back by decreasing muscle gains and increasing some fat, but I'll worry about all that in May when I graduate. I have taken creatine for probably about two years while heavily drinking. I have experienced no problems. Just be careful, try to drink a lot of water so that your kidneys don't fill up. Also, just because something doesn't hurt you today doesn't mean it won't down the line, that's the catch with anything you put in your body.
