Easiest way? Dont eat them.

Welcome to bodybuilding. It's tough. You've either got the attributes and balls to do it right, or you've not. It's something you learn to control.

Yep, cut them out completely for a couple of weeks and the cravings will subside. You can eat them again, but in moderation. I was surprised that I can now go to the store, stop at the tortilla chip section, pause a second and just walk away feeling good about myself. Even a small bag of chips from the vending machine at work can last me the better part of the day. That's a big weight off of my shoulders.

Just think of how much you'd be saving in terms of fat/cals/carbs if you didn't even have that one bag, though. Save it for your cheat day, if you have one... For example, a 5.5oz bag of cheetos - 960 cals, 60g fat, 90g carb, only 6g protein! Yuck! (I do love cheetos though... mmmm..)

I dunno... A banana with breakfast or pre/post work out can be awesome when you need a rapid energy release.

Complex carbs over Simple carbs. Everything in moderation. Dont cut them out completely, just make sure that all the carbs you eat are complex carbs and that you're not eating too many at once.
