And all it took was a Lamborghini.

In fact, I didn't even tell anyone. People saw it in the parking lot and word spread. The bouncers told me I should park it right up front, but I was too drunk to drive by then.

That type of attention causes a lot of people to look at your personality. And despite what people might think on this forum, mine isn't that bad. I'm nice and polite 90% of the time, and I meet and talk to people easily but sometimes need alcohol to do so.

Most people you do associate with are in your sphere because you meet a particular need of theirs. This status/wealth dynamic is just a more overt and superficial way of dealings. I’d rather it be this way with honest motivations (of why they are there) rather than the reverse “honest dealings” yet contrived/hidden motives.
