Conversion: the key to the DJ

Many have remarked that to become a true DJ, you have to change how you think - in fact, your whole lifestyle.

The most important change is what I call conversion. A true DJ is always converting what he has into something more; when a DJ gets good EC from a HB he says hello; when the HB says hello back, the DJ converts that to conversation; conversation leads to the # close attempt; failed # close leads to F*ck close, haha. You get the idea.

A true DJ converts as many of these little opportunities, which might seem nearly insignificant, into genuine opportunities to bag a hot babe. The AFC, on the other hand, barely makes EC, lacks the balls to greet, doesn't drag himself over to the HB for conversation, and NEVER asks for the number.

Rolling the dice, converting the little opportunities into bigger ones is what separates boy from man; AFC from genuine Don Juan.

I think I know what you mean. A good DJ can take anything a woman says and seem to magically find someway to convert it into a conversation, many cannot do this

Absolutely, DJ's have great conversational skills. Moreover, what I was trying to get at is that DJs always make the effort to convert EC into a hello and a hello into a conversation with HBs. A DJ is always prepared, always ready to roll the dice in any situation to try to convert EC into a number.

Conversational skill is just as important as always being ready to use it.
