“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

So I put on over 20 lean lbs in the past year or so. Had a meal plan and all, was around 153lb 5.5% bodyfat. Boxing twice a week and lifting 3 times. The question is, how do I keep gaining or atleast maintaining in the dorms? I'll have limited options for healthy foods, I'll work for some money towards buying them but realistically wont have enough for my 7 or so meals a day. And my boxing won't be there. So how can I still gain and stay lean in college? I was thinking start squating again and sprints? But I'm still lacking nutrition...

Protein/weight gain shakes are useful if you find trouble to have regular caloric intake. Take up cardio based sports (eg. Soccer, fencing etc) if you have em in the college if you intend to stay lean. Though you might want to know gaining lean mass whilst staying lean is REALLY REALLY slow.

7 meals a day? Is that really necessary?
It was 6 meals and I just included a shake for the hell of it.

Ya I may start doing sprints. That or try to find a boxing gym somewhere off campus to run to.

If your college has dorms I'd imagine it has a caf that serves a buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. A college caf is an incredibly convenient resource for putting on mass. All you can eat buffet, no food prep, no grocery shopping, no dishes to wash, no food to store. It doesn't get any easier than that. College is the place where a lot of guys starting putting on size for the first time in there life.

He's right. I started college at about 122ish. I'm 157 now with little serious training

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

We don't have that at U of A. There is a food court with restaurants and what not. From campus original cuisine to chick-fil-a. And I have a meal plan that allows $2800 a year I believe. I may work in the food court which may get me food half off which will help. But I wish we had all you can eat.

What is your goal? What does your current diet look like?
