Accept the fact you don't like (get attracted to) all girls/women in this world. Accept the fact every girl/woman does not like (get attracted to) you and you fall into that category of men she is not attracted to. No need to hate her, form grudge against her, and avoid her. She is your co-worker; you may have to work in coordination with her, sometimes, and you don't want to get fired for avoiding her. As one of the posters said earlier, treat her like any other person.
