Constantly cold hands & feet

For as long as I can remember, my hands and feet have always been very cold, even in the summer they are freezing. This is a serious pain, not only because its uncomfortable but because it makes kino that much more difficult. Any idea what causes this? What can I about it?

By the way I'm a tall skinny guy (6'4'', 175 lbs) with very large hands and feet, I'm sure this has something to do with it.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

I know two people who have Raynaud's. This could be the problem. Alot of people get some relief from using supplements like ginkgo and cayenne that increase circulation to the hands and feet. Still, you should see a physician first to see if that's what it is.
