“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

This is the first time in almost 10 years my mood has been so good. Let’s make this change permanent…!

I honestly gave up and thought I would always be in darkness and despair.

Background: First of all, I had a really abusive and traumatic life. If I said it all here some of you wouldn’t believe me. So, I’ve always battled depression. And it has only gotten worse in the past few years, my mind would sometimes go to very dark places. My mood never matched my external circumstances.

I tried everything, practically, but U believe the proper combination of some of the things I tried is what beat the depression.

First off eating healthy, proper nutrition.

Nextly, sleeping sufficiently, sleep deprivation is very bad for your brain and body.

Third, exercise properly and regularly.

Then, surround yourself with positive people, situations, and even if your e not in the mood, watch positive shows and listen to upbeat music.

Cut out negative people from your life immediately.

Have a good therapist you see once or twice a week.

Have a go of psychiatrist , and the medication ckmbination that helped me the most was the right anti-depressant and the right mood stabilizer.

Be sure to ask for each of those two , specifically. If it helps, increase the dose each month until it is at its maximum.

You may need to go through several anti-depressants and mood stabilizers.

I lost count of how many I went through until my current combination.

Along with the rest of my life and proper habits and positive environment, my depression just went poof and vanished.

I am in disbelief. I have never felt so good. In over 10-15 years.

No darn thoughts.

I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I see hope iin my future.

I see the beauty n the simplest things.

Oh, I used 6-HTp, an over the counter supplement when I didn’t have anti-depressants.

So, buy that and take 200 mg a day until you get prescribed anti-depressants.

Do NOT take 5aHtP with ANY anti-septressat. It will cause a disorder called Serotonin Shndrome, where your brain will be in excess of serotonin and then I think it will be depleted, making depression worse.

Immediately stop 5-HTP once you start taking any anti-depressant.

Hope this helps you all!

Have a wonderful fearful day.

There is hope, never let despair break you.

Find the courage and faith to move forward.

Great you are feeling a lot better, but I would be careful thinking you conquered it.

Things like that never truly go away 100% and will always be lurking in the background ready to come back when the opportunity arises.

Be vigilant and make sure you continue to do what you have been doing so it doesn't.
Agreed, I didn’t literally mean 100% conquered but “sort of conquered depression” doesn’t have a nice ring to it for a post title haha.

I’ve had a few minor relapses since then. But this thread was just to illustrate that I’ve gotten over the major parts of my recently worsened depression.

It sounded good up until

“Have a go of psychiatrist , and the medication ckmbination that helped me the most was the right anti-depressant and the right mood stabilizer.”

my personal belief is that all psycho pharmaceuticals in that category are undoubtedly very bad for health. It takes years and years to recover after being on those types of chemicals. But eventually you can recover from those drugs.

I’d completely avoid psychiatrists all together. Psychiatrists are not physicians and their patients are more like victims of the psychopharmacology industry.

Hi Jacques,
In the Anglo World one must first be a qualified Doctor, before training to become a Phsychiatrist....Only know this as back in the Day, I dated one...Her mind was a very strange place indeed.

Agreed. I seemingly beat my depression in my late 20s only for it to come back in my mid 30s stronger than it's ever been.

Winston Churchhill battled it his whole life and described it as a "black dog". If it developed early on in life it probably won't ever truly go away and it can come back when you don't expect it.

Also i'd be wary of becoming more manic or even hypomanic over time. Toxic positivity, in my estimation, is far more destructive than negativity, because when everything seems exciting to you, you become reckless and make dumb decisions and the potential to ruin your life increases tenfold.

Depression serves a purpose, and while it is itself destructive, viewing it as something to "conquer" isn't the right mindset either, imo.

The “black dog” has also ambushed me violently at 34. I think that depression is one of the body's natural defense methods.

I struggle valiantly every day with that invisible monster. A herculean task to be sure. But who's to say that what we view as "normal" don't struggle with their own set of demons? Because of our chemical imbalances we cannot just dismiss what plagues us, it follows us around like a huge storm cloud, unfortunately it is the nature of depression.

I believe that your body puts out chemicals that make you depressed and brings all of your issues to a spot light.

When we are depressed, we are hyper-aware of everything around us that makes us unhappy and miserable. For me personally it’s social isolation/loneliness (some is alright and I thrive on it but there is a threshold) , lack of family community and extreme dry spells.
There was many times in the past where I was depressed and not know it. Sooner than later you placate with it and just soldier through it.

Depression takes away motivation to do things. Sometimes I get “motivational amnesia”.

Those feelings don't go away until we tend to the things that make us unhappy go away. As in start fvcking moving. It's our unconscious defense method to force us to tend to what makes us unhappy. Hard to explain this, hope I got close.

I can't say I necessarily notice any immediate benefits of fish oil supplements, but the health benefits are worth it regardless of whether you notice them. Personally I'm a big advocate of canned fish, sardines and mackeral in particular, they're super convenient and nutritionally dense and you can get a ton of EPA+DHA in those as well as protein, selenium, etc that make them worth it.

St Johns Wort is one of the few herbal supplements/nootropics that actually had a noticeable effect on me. It has a bit of a sketchy side-effect profile though so I don't take it regularly. If you want a good brand, I'd highly recommend the Herb Pharm, they sell it in a tincture dropper bottle. I would also look into kanna and kava if you're interested in other non-pharmaceutical options.

I beat my depression and anxiety with a combo of medication and cognitive behavioral therapy self help books, I recommend Feeling Good by Dr David Burns, that book saved my life.
