"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I met this hot girl at a movie a week before Christmas, she was all over me, laying on me. Holding hands, She gave me her number. And we talked almost everyday until Christmas, That day she called me and we talked about 30 mins, She said she would call me back and hasn't in like a week. I dunno if I should call her back....Or not...I'm going to, to see whats up. But WTF do you think her deal is? I'm gonna feel ****ty if it's something like she's hurt or sick.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

This is a real example of how the disinterest principle works. This poor guy is worried about whether a girl likes him, because she hasn't contacted him. It's not that she ignored him completely, it's that she gave him a taste and took it away.

Unfortunately, if she's playing a game, she may lose because if she wants him to call, she's set herself up for failure. She'll be unhappy if he does call, and she'll think he's not interested if he does.

Ok dude, let it go a full week and if she doesn't call, call or email and flat out ask if she's still interested. She'll either respond or she won't, but it will cue her that she's holding out too long.

Oh really? That's your professional assessment? She was laying all over him and holding hands and he should wait another week to call her????

Listen... just call her and see if she is interested by telling her you want to see her. If she is interested, she'll respond or "perhaps" she has something else going on. If not interested, she won't respond.

So .... call her a couple times and if she's not responsive, write her off.....
