"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Successful and confident men take risks in spite of their fears and the potential consequences. They are busy, value their time and will not tolerate anyone in their life who tries to jerk them around. They tend to be authentic, speak their mind and never hide their intentions or try to fly under the radar when they have romantic interest in a woman. They will never agree to be “friends first” or “friends only” when their interest is romantic. They will never try to deceive a woman and pretend to only be interested in friendship to mask their true romantic intentions. They are respectful, empathetic and generally enjoy the company of most women, but will never allow any woman to take advantage of them. They stand up for themselves, are not ashamed of their sexual desires and are proud of who they are and what they have to offer. They quickly lose interest in women no matter how sexy and desirable they may be if their interest is not enthusiastically reciprocated. They prefer to keep searching instead of trying to change the mind of women who do not immediately see their value. They get right to the point and are only interested in either getting a date or getting rejected. They are not interested in fence sitters, drama queens, women who are involved with other men or women who are weak and keep numerous ex's in the background for backup.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Good summary there.

I agree with nearly all, except the bit about being 'interested in getting rejected'...! Though I'm sure that was just a grammatical slip.

I don't get rejected. I just (very) occasionally meet people who are blind to my excellence.
