"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Some people just get them. I get them like once every 2 years, this has been going on since I was like 5, so it's not sex related. You can get treatment for it at a local drug mart, will make it disappear within a week, so just avoid her during that time if you want.

dont give yourself unneccessary stress.

if you are truely concerned with STDs, I'd recommend getting a blood test and not worrying until you get the results.

most cold sores are common and can form from stress, getting over an illness, burned/chapped lips, etc.

Here's the deal: there are two strains of the herpes virus. I will call them A and B. Herpes A causes cold sores and nothing else. As stated in a previous post you may have had it for some time and never shown any symptoms. No big deal. Cold sores appear at times when the immune system is depressed (i.e. high stress, other diseases present).

Herpes B is genital herpes. We all know and fear that bad boy. The same applies, after initial infection symptoms only appear when the immune system is depressed.

Here's the scary part. It is *possible* but *very rare* for B to be transmitted orally. For example, if you were eating out a girl with B (she may not have had symptoms) and had a cut on your lip or something you could have picked it up. This means the cold sore is the B strain and will be on your gentials soon. However, I cannot stress enough how RARE this is.

If you've never had a cold sore before go for the blood test. That way you'll be certain.

1) Are you sure its oral herpe breakout? make sure this is confirmed by doctors.
2) Herpe virus is very old. it's virtually everywhere. animals carry them as well. over 80%+ north american adult has oral herpes.
3) Herpes can be transmitted via skin to skin contact without even having a cold sore.
4) Your girl friend most likely have HSV-1 already .. so do not feel so shamed or worried.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Speaking as a medic who has seen a lot of guys (and girls) fret over that knid of thing:

If in doubt, See your Doc.

He/She are paid to deal with this kind of problem, and will do so discreetly and as efficently as possible.

So remember, if you think something's up, see your doc. It might well save your life.
