The first thing we need to do is drop the term Confidence all together.

What we need to do is focus on what we want to do, and how to do it.

Thinking about confidence only screws your game up.

Right when ur doing good, it starts.

"Am I confident yet? Am I flirtatious?"....**** that!

Forget confidence!

What we really want to pursue is more decisiveness.

Learn to react on an instinctive level. You'll learn that when interacting with a girl, the first thing that pops in your mind is what works the most!

And its all situational.

Learn what to do in a certain situation so that it isn't a problem.

If its something new, nervousness is natural. Embrace your anxiousness and just do the ol' trial and error. Its only worked for thousands of years.

Learn to just say "**** it" and just go all out.

Don't put pressure on yourself!

I disagree. Confidence does exist. Confidence is not HAVING to think about confidence all the time. Confidence is the power to do something without fear of the possible negative consequences. If you think confidence is something that you have to think about all the time, you're mistaken. Confidence is not a thought...it's a state of being that aspiring Don Juans strive to acheive, and a state of being in which true Don Juans exist.

If you have to think "Am I confident?" then you obviously aren't. Like others have pointed out, confidence means that you feel comfortable doing whatever you're doing without thinking twice.

Basically, you claimed confidence doesn't exist and then explained exactly how a confident person acts.

Confidence is just an illusion, a way people percieve you.


I used a poor choice of words for a title.

Confidence may exist. But as DJ's, confidence comes naturally if we focus on purpose and fun.

So for the purpose of becoming confident, it best to focus on real world things.

Now you guys might be experienced DJs, and if that is the case, then this is not for you.

New DJss do not need to look for confidence. They need to become confident by defeating what holds them back and fufilling their own wildest dreams.

My post was directed at people looking for confidence. Not at Master DJs like you gentlemen.
