what exactly do heated condoms do? why would anyone want heat?

when you heat a condom up, it melts, so do not do that hehekickureface said:
but if a condom is sold that says it is heated, basically after you put it on, i think when you starting doing the deed, it heats up, adding a sensation to either or you or both of you. sort of like the gels stuff that you put on and it heats up when friction happens.
