ANYONE can go out and do squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and pull ups, but how many motherfu**ers do you actually see do it?!

Tan? Tight clothes? Clean? all easily attainable

Actually, you guys could learn a lot from Mind Over Matter. I mean, if you just look at his screen name you could learn the foundation of what this is all about.

Mind, what needs to be going on in your mind? Sexual state, sexual flow, an overall sexual/seductive attitude and flow.

Matter, what needs to be going on with your matter? You need to be presentable. Clean, smooth, fresh, looking like a MILLION bucks.

If you don't have a 6 pack, don't have a pretty face, or don't have a great body, then wear some great clothes. I don't think "looks" matter I think "hygiene" matters. It's the overall cleanness, stylish, coolness factor of the guy as far as "looks" are concerned. But no, the guy doesn't have to have a "cute" face, lol.
