"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Mississippi - home of boredom
I was playing battle of the bands last weekend and this really hot girl HB9+ who I had met once before comes in and says "Hey" and comes over to give me a hug. It took me a second to realize who she was and I remembered her name and we sat and chatted for awhile before I had to go on stage. I was still flirting with her while I was on stage through "eye sex" and we talked some more when I finished playing. Later that night I noticed a few guys all ages 20-22 flirting with her and she was smiling and flirting back. When I walked by she barely looked up at me. When they weren't around she was back to flirting like normal. Although I didn't center myself around her, I was around talking to my friends. I walked by her once when she had her back turned and I walked up behind her and massaged her shoulders for just a second, walked off, looked back and "eye sexed" her, never stopping. Told her bye before I left and while she didn't seem cold... she seemed colder then than she did at the beggining of the night. I made some stupid moves. After all she DID invite me to sit there with her and those guys but I had friends waiting on me across the room and I would rather not sat at a crowded table unless I was sure she would be beside me for me to mack on. Pick me apart

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

This should have been your clue to forget her. I promise you she played this same game with every other guy that paid her any attention. You should have ignored her a$$ after this point. Walking up behind her and massaging her shoulders? Big no, no....

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
